I recived this Hamilton Beach deep fryer as a present being I even have been getting intrested in fried meals at residence.
I really experience this fryer alot. It is built very neatly. Very easy to function too. It warmths up nicely and even has a timer.
Just a no longere, the timer dosn't flip off the fryer when finished, which isn't a downside with me in any respect. The simplest thing I see is that the battery for the timer seems to be incased and cant replace if it goes out, but it in reality seems to be working completely.
This fryer is just not most effective easy to set up and use, however smoothing was once a tremendous problem to me before getting any fryer. This thing is very easy to disassemble and clean.
Nice deep basket. I had alittle problem with my beer battered fish and rooster sticking to the underneathside of the basket after I pulled a batch, but this has no longerhing to do with the fryer, its just learning the methodology. I'm only declaring this for somebody else intrested in buying a primary time fryer. But the basket for this one is very simple to clean and beautiful deep so that you can get a tight load of food per batch.
The food fries up very quickly too. My rooster and fish come out cooked just right, staying gentle and juicy through following the instructions that accompany the manuel/recipe e-book that includes this.
If I ever needed to get another fryer for what ever reason, although this is my first one, I would not hesitate to get any other like this. I am actually more than happy with this.
